recent test, its been month of 100mcg T4 and 4 x 30mg of porcine NDT as a source of t3.
I was actually improving for around 3 weeks, with brown bowels, and my pulse hovered around 70 resting, but after 3 weeks it went back althought not as bad as if i don't take any Thyroxine.
I plan to keep coffee at one a day (I was indulging recently) and lose weight and see if my bad conversion its due to my liver not being lean, even tho i diditn test rt3 its obvious it's high.
I weigh 122kg now and plan to get it to 115 till the end of May, but it will be hard without lifting, i also dropp porcine glandulat to 2 x30mg in the morning with breakfast as i clearly not utilise it looking at the levels below.
What would be the best way to test for the stores of minerals in the body? hair? nail?
It could also be something to do with zinc, my nails have white spots popping, and my blood test zinc seems to be fluctuating from low end to high end being on the same diet.

Lately I’ve been wondering if when stress hormones are high, and thyroid is supplemented, if it’s possible there’s a “grace period” where stress hormones are high, AND the supplemental thyroid combine for people experiencing wellness. Then, as the thyroid supplementation continues, the stress hormones drop and the net energy seems “lower” due to the lack of stress hormones with the supplemental thyroid. I think the solution is to continue thyroid supplementation and increase it as Peat recommends, (half a grain every two weeks).
I can’t tell you how many time I’ve seen people take pro-metabolic substances, get a fantastic initial reaction, and then their previous symptoms return. At which point, they give up, or move on to another substance and repeat the process. This is exactly what happened to me too when I first began trying to incorporate Peat’s work. Not saying it’s what happening to you, but just something I’ve seen many times.
