Why is my UPPER lip getting crusty?
-
Is it bcus of weightloss induced lowered progesterone? Since fat loss frees up the stored toxins in adipose tissue
Oh and on top of that im starting to develop a massive nasolabial fold (not that massive but still much bigger than what it used to be) which is a sign of high estrogen
Or could it be bcus Im thirsty as shit without realising it? Just started working a pretty physical job and I might just not hydrating properly
-
@hwisdom and by crusty I dont mean tyat dehydrated normal crust im talking like the crust between ur eyes kinda crust
My lip is like almost burning and feels like its almost receeding from the top down
(Thin upper lip is also a sign of low progesterone)Wtf is happening? Oh and Im also eating waay too much liver
-
Dryness of lips, mouth and nose (especially in the corners of the mouth) is associated with riboflavin deficiency. Just a wild guess.
Are you eating organ meats ?
PS: never mind hadn't read your last line lol.Too much liver certainly can be too much. How much are we talking about?
-
@HyperTorless yea like 1-2kg of liver per week
It went away now tho (this is 3 weeks later)
-
@hwisdom Jesus that's an enormous amount lmao. I guess 200g/week is enough.
