Overwhelming fatigue crashes

Every few weeks I will crash. Like suddenly I get absolutely exhausted and I fall into a heavy sleep like I’m sick for 2 hours. I can’t move and often wake up feeling hungover. It takes a few hours to feel not groggy and slow.
This used to happen as a reaction to antimicrobials so I think it’s endotoxin related but is it likely histamine causing this or Sulfur? Or is it more likely estrogen?
Has anyone experienced anything like this?
I’m normally a high histamine wired person and this feels the exact opposite of that.
Currently it’s happened around ovulation and my gut is more irritated than usual…
