Homemade progest-e Vs r real progest-e...
-
@Santosh that is not good.
-
I can only speak from my personal experience, but Katherine's Progest-E...the REAL Progest-E, is the only progesterone supplement on the market I trust. Which is why I took Danny's side in that whole Mercola fiasco about Progest-E. I'm not saying there isn't other good products out there, I'm sure Health Natura and Haidut make excellent progesterone products, but from my perspective, why change things up when it's already working. Also I wouldn't trust ANYTHING by SuchLabs after figuring out Charlie is involved with them.
-
@Mulloch94 I do trust progest-e but I was trying to make my own and I thought it was as simple as mixing the powder and vitamin e together. Was just trying to figure out why it didn't work.

Yes, it's that simple, providing you know what you are mixing.
-
@BeamsOfEnergy Such's P4 was/is probably bunk. Or maybe you didn't mix enough in your vitamin E to rival the concentration of progest-e. Progest-E is 10% I think, which is kind of high when you compare it to a lot of the topical creams on the market.
-
@Mulloch94 yeah I'm leaning towards the p4 being the issue as I calculated the mix based on 3mg per drop. Anyone know any good progesterone powder?

I think PPL sells raw progesterone powder. I don't know the quality of it though.

@Santosh What was it supposed to be that they sent you and how did you determine that it isn't what it is supposed to be?

I always send every single powder I receive for third party lab testing.
I order around 5000$ worth of various steroids a year and spend close to 1000$ in testing every year. -
@Santosh I was looking for progesterone derived from wild yam like progest-e, PPL say theirs is synthetic. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Synthetic means it's recreated, including when it's from wild yam.
Testosterone, estrogen and progesterone can all be made from wild yam, the yam is just the base product that you have to transform. -
@Santosh I'm not sure what your deleted post said but I asked you what specifically you ordered from them that isn't what they claim it to be.

It didn't say anything more than the post that follows, I had just mistakenly deleted some of your words so I figured I would quote your whole question back again.

@BeamsOfEnergy Yeah - I've found that only mixed tocopherols work for some reason. I tried using the "Everyday Beauty" brand on Amazon and it also only has one form of Vitamin E in it and didn't have good results.

@Santosh so is suchlabs progesterone bad or what? did you confirm it? idk why you are being so evasive sir. ive got a bag of it here from before they shut down and it would be helpful if i knew how to value it. if you say its bad im more likely to toss it rather than waste time with it
