        I have never seen people improve by watching the telly. The TV controls attention and extinguishes brain activity. How much dysgenic has the TV caused? Millions of divorces have been caused by bringing this monster into our homes. The TV appeals to the lowest in us. Hold the line.

        It is always good to remember that they have to market products and services because you do not need them. If you needed what they sold, then it would sell itself. Most people would be happier with less consumption and more savings.

        Put yourself on fire for peak energy metabolism.

        Ignore, judge, overcommit.
