High stomach acid? Should i keep taking ppi?

M21, 6'3 idk my weight but not overweight or anything dont do gym
Backstory:
TLDR for paragraph: Since 10 days on 40mg Pantoprazol and have script for famotidine. Doctor suggested taking both together.
I had some problem with my stomach and metabolism after eating raw fish. I did blood test a few days after the thing and nothing too special and it never found what is the cause. I thought it'd go away on it's own but didn't at all. So I went to doctor as I had burning in my belly and a lot of bloat and nausea all the time. He gave me 40mg pantoprazol but nothing said about nutrition or anything. That was 10 days ago. Since then I find out that if i eat anything acidic or too fatty basically i will be nauseous and i also have a slight nausea all day basically even when i wake up but it gets worse after eating basically anything except carrot salad with olive oil. Now I was to doctor again and asked about H2 blocker as I read here ppi can have bad effects and H2 Blocker works well and he said i can try take H2 Blocker now in COMBINATION with the 40mg Pantoprazol but if the 40mg pantoprazol don't help it likely won't help. I still have no idea what is even the issue.
To say this the pantoprazol did help somewhat (or just me leaving out the trigger foods not sure tbh) before i had a burning in my stomach its now gone away but i still have some kinds of reflux issues and bloating.
Since eating mushrooms 1week ago my stool are about 2 times a day and very normal before only once a bit constipated.
I also have noticed i have white tongue with the back part even being more yellowish. I bought some mastic gum today for that (and gut).
I tried for example have some acv i put a teaspoon and filled the glass with water took a single sip and was instant reaction and nauseous for 1.5 hours. So basically the doctor said I should just try keep eating like this for 2 months maybe but also said in 10 days if famotidine + pantoprazol doesnt help i should do endoscopy.Right Now:
My temperature under arm goes from 36 in morning and night to like 36.5-36.7 in afternoon and heartrate is 60 and around 81 respectevily.
My meal plan right now is basically like thisA lightish Breakfast gelatin and fruit and green tea
carrot salad
Lunch: 250-300g of meat (mince but today i bought some kidney and heart to get some more nutrients) with rice and mushrooms, after one little cup of coffee from moka (more i get problems with acidity) maybe some coke with the food it doesnt trigger me much
7-9pm: maybe another rice meal if im hungry but if i eat it too late or too much i cant sleep and get bloated
9pm-Before bed: I drink 1L skim milk, The rest of the juice, chamoille tea and maybe a banana.
some days i also have some eggs with some meal but they trigger a little.I always put some coconut oil with the rice and sometime I eat a bit of emmental with the meat. I dirnk 1L of pear juice (oj seem too acidic) throughout the day and have some fruit and honey and gelatine (total 30g in the day). I also bought mastic gum now and will try to incorporate that.
If sun is out i get at least an hour and go for walks like 2 hours a day as i feel it aids digestion so i go after a meal (try to walk in sunshine) and a short walk at night also walk to uni and stuff.Basically any of this food except the carrot salad gives me issues/refluxish reaction but i can go on with my day basically (opposed i eat a wrong thing i get 2 hours nausea and cant even watch a movie really). So i wouldn't have a gigantic issue with just being on this kinda diet for 2 months and waiting for whatever needs to heal to heal but in summer i gonna have to work full time and basically like right now i just eat whenever im hungry cause when im nauseous i dont have hunger and cant really eat.
But i always had bulletproof stomach and its so fucking crazy to my mind now i eat a fucking grape or an orange or some butter and get issues. But before I did primal-ish diet with raw meat every day maybe this gave me paraise but i dont think so
Also at night i get the most nausea for some reason. But not every day and i'm yet to completly figure that out. If I get nauseous at like 7-9 then have no appetite and then get super hungry before bed again when my stomach calmed down its kinda annoying thats why i do the skim milk and stuff at night.
I would appreciate any of you people have any recommendation if i should take PPI AND FAMOTIDINE (which seems insanely crazy to me at least) or should i try make the switch to just famotidine which according to posts i found on the old forum seems to be the better option side effect wise (though i havent had any noticeable ones so far so idk bout that). Also anyone have a recommendations on the diet what bland-ish food I could add to get better nutrition or a own experience with such issue? I feel my meal on lunch might be too big but I have enough appetite to eat it all over the course of maximum an 3/4 hour and dont get particularly more nauseous than normal tbh.

@neverever Have you been tested for H Pylori?
-
@SummerPeach No do you think it could be the cuase? Im trying rn with chio mastic gum before meals it should help then at least according to some sources.
-
@neverever Yes, it sounds very much like H Pylori. Some people have cured it by eating manuka honey.
-
@SummerPeach I have been liberally consuming some varying amount of raw honey every day (probably on average about 50-70) i forgot to mention above lol. does manuka have something special?
-
@neverever Yes, you need very high quality Manuka
-
@SummerPeach that stuff is so expensive tho :/. Especially since Im not even sure I have The Hpylor. Doctor never even mentioned H pylori or any diagnosis for that fact lmao. Im gonna try get an appointment for gastroscopy in a week when im back there although idk if they can even see it ig at least they can tell if i need to take still this ppi shit due to ulcer or sth or no
