@guy Any stainless steel and/or glass cookware will do the trick. Visions makes some good quality glass cookware

Don't cheap out on cookware. If you take good care of it, it will last you a lifetime

So the best easily available option for all cookware to me seems like stainless steel. The glass cookware stuff is quite strange because tinted glass is high in lead.

Stainless steel is king. It's how restaurants get their steaks to taste like that. They will improve your cooking skill, both through the way it handles heat and the fact that it requires a bit more attention. I love making pan sauces in mine, which is absolutely impossible in typical cookware.

What you want for health is any low-nickel stainless steel. In the US there's a brand called Solidteknics that has extremely low-nickel. Might be worth it, but I just got a cheap one online that had a low percentage alloy (I forget how I searched for it).

@CO3 Thanks sir. Yes I also enjoy stainless steel, where I live now I use stainless soup pots to cook everything just to avoid the shitty Teflon pans here. Mostly fine but sometimes a nonstick would be nice. It's a shame
