-
yes
-
@dannyphantom go ahead!
-
@dannyphantom Yes, do it!
-
PLEASE. I’m trying to figure something out. Also do you feel the euphoria that you reportedly get afterward?
-
Will post pics post leg day at the gym
-
-
@dannyphantom i will be posting a thread about co2 baths tonight as well, not doing it same way as you Danny, so we can compare.
-
Here’s the setup
Here are the steps:
-
Get into garbage bag and take out as much air from bag as possible
-
Tie belt around bag and waist
-
slip hose connected to CO2 tank into bag and fill until sufficient amount of CO2 is in the bag
-
chill for 20-30 mins
TIPS:
-
have some OJ beforehand or some sugary drink/any sugar really beforehand
-
HAVE A SOURCE OF FRESH AIR THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
-
Try to have a second person help you if needed
-
-
@dannyphantom
can you record the process? -
@donovan Nice apparatus brother. I heard wetting your skin promote co2 absorption. Do you use vacuum, to suck out air beforehand?
-
@dannyphantom Does it matter if you wear clothes in the bag or not?
-
@brad Ray said doesn't matter. The gas goes through.
I have a co2 tank with a regulator on it with some connectors that let me carbonate beverages and also can do the trash bag thing.
One of the most delicious carbonated things I make is half concord grape juice half distilled water, put it in a threaded bottle, get it cold and connect it to the tank and shake it for a minute or two.
It's so good everyone should try this. That grape juice is so dense and thick in flavor, cutting it with water works great and the co2 makes it taste ridiculous good.

@FOR-THE-POTATO this is one of my favorite drinks. good lad.
-
Why is a source of fresh air important?
-
@brad Just to be safe, most people on the old forum who did bag baths said to do them outside.
-
@dannyphantom Thank you for the response. Very interesting stuff!
-
@LinDaiyu Very nice. you know what's up.
-
@dannyphantom One day I had my co2 tank in the fridge where I had it hooked up to a bottle, the tube fell off the bottle because I didn't have a hose crimp in one spot. I was living in a small apartment at the time and the whole tank emptied in there when I was gone. I got home and there was a co2 smell and it felt so great in there for a while.
It would have to be a very tightly sealed room and a lot of gas to get a room to deadly co2 levels in my experience..
-
@FOR-THE-POTATO It would be cool to have a machine to regulate the room CO2 to keep it slightly elevated.
-
@dannyphantom you should do the CO2 bag bath and record your SpO2% levels over the course of 20 min. When i did mine in a bathtub mine dropped 4% (increase of CO2 in body of 4%), over the course of 20 min.
