Best Fruits & Vegetables As Healthy Carb Sources?

I want high carb fruits & vegetables with lots of micronutrients, so I don't have to keep eating Basmati rice. I don't know if it's helpful, but I highly enjoy fruits like mangos, strawberries, grapes occasionally, apples, oranges, etc. I mostly need advise for vegetables since I only really eat broccoli.

Best carbs in form of Starch in my opinion are white Potatoes

@LukasWood Thanks. I usually eat 1 cup of rice a meal to hit 205 calories for both lunch & dinner. What about high-carb vegetables; should I stick to broccoli?
