Mark Sloan, CowsEatGrass, Ray Peat

Hey guys, I’ve been reading some of Mark Sloan’s work on Methylene Blue, Red Light Therapy, and general metabolic health. Curious what others here think of him.
Also starting CowsEatGrass’ latest book.
I have read a bit of Ray Peats Nutrition for Women, but some of it gets a bit too technical for me.
Anyone else I should look into?
Happy to be part of this new forum!

I'm a huge fan of Mark Sloan's books, all of them. I'd be careful about photodynamic therapy but everything else is good. I especially liked his book on Balneotherapy. His cancer books are great.
To get into Ray's work, I wouldn't start with his books as they are quite dense. I'd suggest his article about William Blake, Caffeine, or Coconut Oil. Then probably the Generative Energy Podcast (from the beginning). At that point, go through the work as you see fit. We also have a thread of resources https://bioenergetic.forum/topic/4/ray-peat-resource-thread you might find helpful.

@brad Also, reading the "Learned Helplessness" article early on helps to create the mental framework for applying and understanding bioenergetics.

@Terminator Agree!

@brad can you be a bit more specific on what to be careful about with regard to PBM?

@eric It generates lots of ROS similar to traditional chemotherapy.
