@raypneat I have, @Pillman /peatpill has an updated version of this recipe as well. It's delicious, but the coconut oil flavor may be overpowering so you can lower that, add sugar, and it comes out just as creamy as the original. Also don't forget milk powder, it helps a lot with the texture.

@Oj_simpson Agree with CaveSurgeon, b1 and caffeine are stimulating enough imo. Modafinil is not peaty but that could be used as well to help him transition off adderall

After having a carrot salad and rinsing my mouth, I noticed that my teeth were very clean and my breath smelled fine.
Since regular toothpaste is toxic and ones with good ingredients are expensive, maybe eating a carrot salad is a good cheap replacement for brushing your teeth.

Thoughts?

@periander345 Meyenberg sells it but the flavor repulsed me. There are also goat milk powders(Mt. Capra) that have no additives/aren't fortified with anything.

@sztrapacska It's amazing with any fruit and very useful for making milkshakes
