I have heard Peat talk about the dangers of dehydrated liver found in liver capsule supplements, but lately a mutual on X informed me of the potential dangers of frozen liver mentioned by Peat and Danny due the same the oxidizing of vitamin A.

Does anyone have any resources on insight on this? As I buy frozen liver often since it is cheap and always makes me feel good.

Important to have enough glycine and vit k2 if you take aspirin daily because it is depleted by it

I heard Haidut talk ab foamy urine in a recent podcast, and it sounds like it might be caused by lypolosis and not protein being excreted.

I decided to pay attention to my urine, and even during the day I can have a bit of foam in my urine.

Is it an issue and I need to fix this or is it just my body getting rid of PUFA?

We all know about carrageenan, gums, citric acid and red 40 etc. But what are some additives that are harmful but overlooked/not talked about much?
