@Mr-X He's probably a nocebo.
Generally, chamomile increases testosterone levels in men with PCOS, and lowers them in women with PCOS.
Chamomile per se stabilizes the hormonal balance.
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.
Nobody special. I read a lot and exchange thoughts.

@erva-mate said in how to excess meat protein affect metabolism ? lethargy, no motivation....:
@Fructose yes, I was lactose intolerant, not digesting even a glass, I increased the starches and reduced the fat and I'm consuming 750 ml per day, I can only consume milk after 2 pm.... I'm going to try to reduce protein and increase carbohydrates and improve milk consumption, reduce or eliminate meat...

This will be helpful
@Fructose “The ratio of calcium to phosphate is very important; that’s why milk and cheese are so valuable for weight loss, or for preventing weight gain. For people who aren’t very active, low fat milk and cheese are better, because the extra fat calories aren’t needed.” - Ray Peat
@erva-mate If you don't eat dairy at all, this may be one of the reasons. Phosphorus unbalanced with calcium can wreak havoc at the physiological level.
@erva-mate Ray Peat mentioned 2-6 tablespoons of gelatin per day. You can also make bone broth. With any meat consumption, there must be gelatin to balance the unfavorable amino acids.
@erva-mate excess tryptophan, methionine and cysteine, which strongly cause thyroid inhibition, depression and carbohydrate metabolism disorders. It will be advisable to limit meat and introduce an appropriate amount of gelatin.
@highseabasch
depends. A calorie deficit can be put to good use if done wisely. Supplementing calories from sugar and eliminating PUFA should certainly help minimize the negative effect of the deficit on the hormonal balance.

Contains salicylic acid (plus).
Some studies have shown that willow bark extract is genotoxic, but there is no strong evidence for this.
The estrogenic effect may be a problem, as it has certain affinities for phytoestrogens.
@hyukan
probably all teas on the market have fluoride. Just choose one that has little of it, like chamomile.
@STH Rheumatoid arthritis is probably caused by a bacterium. I have Crohn's disease (caused by very similar or even the same bacteria as rheumatoid arthritis) and I cured it by eliminating PUFA and focusing on my gut. Perhaps intervention in this area will help you.
If you do not tolerate casein well, it is related to insufficient functioning of the intestines.
