Frozen Liver harmful?
I have heard Peat talk about the dangers of dehydrated liver found in liver capsule supplements, but lately a mutual on X informed me of the potential dangers of frozen liver mentioned by Peat and Danny due the same the oxidizing of vitamin A.
Does anyone have any resources on insight on this? As I buy frozen liver often since it is cheap and always makes me feel good.

RE: Best Asprin protocol?
@lanadelesoteric idealabs because you could order their other unique supplements with them
But really as long as its mk4 and without any harmful additives that is near optimal
-
RE: Best Asprin protocol?
@Norwegian-Mugabe Ray recommended taking 300mg -1G of aspirin with a meal as safe.
Important to have enough glycine and vit k2 if you take aspirin daily because it is depleted by it

RE: What would your ideal peaty energy drink look like?
@Orkneyman_ I have already made and posted a recipe before, But I think thiamine is especially important and something lacking in every energy drink Ive ever seen
Also niacinamide opposed to niacin (estrogenic)

Foamy urine
I heard Haidut talk ab foamy urine in a recent podcast, and it sounds like it might be caused by lypolosis and not protein being excreted.
I decided to pay attention to my urine, and even during the day I can have a bit of foam in my urine.
Is it an issue and I need to fix this or is it just my body getting rid of PUFA?

Harmful additives?
We all know about carrageenan, gums, citric acid and red 40 etc. But what are some additives that are harmful but overlooked/not talked about much?
This thought came to me cuz I often see mono and dyglicerides in breads and idk if thats safe to consume

RE: Redbull and Haribo citric acid
@Fructose Caffeine can dehydrate you a bit, and especially in a hot bath or something you are losing allot of electrolytes, its probably that
-
RE: Nixtamalized beer
@Nvrprogsteralone It tastes nice yea, although I doubt its nixtamalized lmao
-
RE: Cruciferous vegetables
@Goonster Ray said that the source of calcium in milk is the grass and that green vegetables hold allot of calcium and magnesium
Ray however did not advise you to eat grass or raw vegetables, they need to go through a form of digestion to have their nutrition become available : cow digestive system = milk
Or cooking ( which is a form of digestion)Ray also boiled green veggies and used the water as a magnesium and calcium supplement.

RE: Nixtamalized beer
@CheesedToPeatYou I think it is worth a try, @Terminator wanted me to try it too.
I have no experience brewing beer/alcohol though, maybe someone that is viewing this thread does?

RE: Nixtamalized beer
@CheesedToPeatYou said in Nixtamalized beer:
@PUFADestroyerPPO It could work. But it might be unnecessary. Sticking to distilled spirits is the solution as distilling removes any leftover starch.
Personally, I'll be staying with mead, tequila, and rum.
How is it unnecessary? Sure, we could drink vodka etc, but beer is a quite different taste (which i quite enjoy) and if i could enjoy it with less harmful effect that would be awesome.

Nixtamalized beer
Most beer has starches from grain and corn, would making beer from nixtamalized corn improve upon this healthwise? As nixtamalized corn is Peaty.

RE: Redbull and Haribo citric acid
@djledda Yeah these are in europe, I personally prefer the bananas since they have even less ingredients, have you ever seen those?
-
RE: Parasite and Health: Approach/Treatment
@ser1s4e Ray advised against the use of ivermectin as it was shown to cause permanent brain damage in a percentage of participants of a study, he said this in an episode of Generative Energy.

RE: Should I Start Peating Right Away?
Foodwise, Its a good idea to put your avg daily diet into cronometer and then slowly change up foods to decrease PUFA if needed, balance out macros or reduce tryptophan etc etc
