I've seen Haidut's classic jug breathing technique of taking an empty gallon jug, poking a penny sized hold in the bottom and using it to imitate "bag breathing". However, according to him and others, it takes roughly 20 minutes (under ideal circumstances) to accumulate a large amount of CO2. I find this onerous as it seems that breathing in the jug for closer to 30 - 40 minutes would then be ideal to get full benefit.

      IDEA:
So I had the idea of having the same jug with the standard hole in the bottom, but putting a decent amount of baking soda and vinegar in the jug. According to my calculations, would only take 3-4 spoonful's of each to fully saturate the jug. Also, it doesn't all react at once, so should allow me some time to allow it to accumulate. What do you guys think? Seems vastly more efficient, could probably fully saturate the jug within a minute or two rather than 20 minutes.
