@PUFADestroyerPPO I think the concerns for Red Bull are the aluminum can, the citric acid, the artificial colors (which they don't disclose what exactly they are), as well as the artificial sweeteners.

For Haribo, I've tried the German imported gummy bears and still had problems. Felt sick after eating them, I suspect it's the carnauba wax.

@peater people eat it because its a convenient cheap source of sugar and gelatin, corn syrup is no problem when it is pure

Haribo made in Germany and other places have less crap more straightforward sugar and gelatin. Try and search around. Even at the grocery store I’ve seen some have sunflower oil and some with palm oil. In a pinch palm is much better.

It’s probably fine. I don’t think they’d use ingredients in food if they could harm us.

@PUFADestroyerPPO yeah if you look into it, it's very very hard to find just gelatin, sugar, and juice gummy bears. Even the organic brands have sunflower oil in them, though I was a fan of these previous to Peat and my health journey. We need better gummy bears.

Is citric acid derived from aspergillus niger in Europe too? Is it allowed in EUs food regulations?

@Charlie it's not him. It's the retinyl palmitate leftover from his body.

@PUFADestroyerPPO it’s worse. sometimes red dyes and titanium dioxide. I know I’ve seen some with sugar. Maybe Germany or another location!
