Idealabs Cyproheptadine

Hello,
My rat has been ingesting Idealabs Cyproheptadine orally but doesn't seem to be feeling any of the "drowsiness" or "groginess" side effects whatsoever in doses of up to 3mg sublingually. Has anyone else had this experience? It has me doubting the potency of the of the product. My rat has never tried another brand.
Any insight would be helpful.

@sweet-treat Applied in two rats the same bottle gave me different results. One felt hard drowsiness the other nothing. It maybe depends on how the rat is before taking it, if he was running on histamine and cortisol or adrenalin he will feel it. Otherwise he might not feel it. That's just a hypothesis.
