Hello,
My rat has been ingesting Idealabs Cyproheptadine orally but doesn't seem to be feeling any of the "drowsiness" or "groginess" side effects whatsoever in doses of up to 3mg sublingually. Has anyone else had this experience? It has me doubting the potency of the of the product. My rat has never tried another brand.
Any insight would be helpful.
It seems lately when I eat food it's sitting in my stomach for extended periods of time. I'll burp and still be able to taste the food I ate hours ago. It doesn't feel related to transit time and I don't seem to have too big of a problem on that front. Does anyone have any suggestions? It feels like food is just exiting my stomach really slowly. I am aware low stomach acid is a common hypothyroid symptom, but I'm also looking for other ideas / suggestions or therapies other people may have used to help with similar issues.

@Galaroc Niacinamide should block lipolysis and assist glucose metabolism, but to my knowledge will not necessarily deplete PUFA stores any faster as it is actively blocking lipolysis.
I wouldn't worry too much about depleting PUFA stores - just let it happen over time.
As for brands, I've heard good things about Purebulk for vitamin powders.
@questforhealth I would suggest that thiamine making you anxious was probably due to excipients in the brand than the actual molecule itself. Ray recommended physiological doses in the range of 5-10 milligrams. Personally, I've taken up to 100mg and felt great. I know of people who dose it in the grams, as well. Thiamine HCL and Allithiamine are the two best I think - Georgi posted something about how Benfotiamine was not actually "fat soluble" and was excreted by the liver as a toxin.
B6 also has a lot of promise in treating ADHD, but I'm not too versed in what that looks like, so I'll just leave it as a little comment for you to explore.

@ATP 1-5 milligrams topically. Very low dose, not sure how much is even absorbed through the skin. Seems to be very powerful. I did have estrogen symptoms after extended use at the range of 5-10 milligrams, though.
Call it psychosis, but I've noticed significant voice deepening after single, small doses of DHEA. Never even entertained it as an idea prior to my first time taking it. Not sure what the mechanism for this would be, though. 
@coffee MK4 + D3 from Thorne feels good, but the MK7 was from Life Extension, and I've been hesitant to use their brand ever since. Pretty sure it's low quality.
Years ago I took a 2-5 milligram dose of K2-MK7 and had a severe histamine reaction. Palpitations, swelling, anxiety, sweating, etc. Never took MK7 again but MK4 gives me no issues. It could have been excipient related.
@pillsbury Knees Over Toes Guy's channel is really good for knee rehab and a lot of other preventative / PT stuff for shoulders, lower back, etc, really recommend checking him out and trying out some of the exercises shown.
