It seems lately when I eat food it's sitting in my stomach for extended periods of time. I'll burp and still be able to taste the food I ate hours ago. It doesn't feel related to transit time and I don't seem to have too big of a problem on that front. Does anyone have any suggestions? It feels like food is just exiting my stomach really slowly. I am aware low stomach acid is a common hypothyroid symptom, but I'm also looking for other ideas / suggestions or therapies other people may have used to help with similar issues.
