Test for mold/mycotoxins and test the mother as well, since it can be transferred through the placenta.
Small cohort, but OTA mycotoxins were significantly associated with ASD children vs siblings / unrelated subjects. P = 0.0002!

OTA is primarily associated with food contamination (cereals especially), it can also be found in water-damaged buildings.
