Magnoil from Idealabs

Hi guys
does anyone has any feedback on this product, and has verified with some labs the increase in Magnesium in the body?
In the old forum I believe based on anecdotes, Haidut mentions that after 2-3 weeks of full dose, the body may replenish the magnesium, and a lower maintenance dose can be used.
I used a full month with almost the full dose, but my Mg RBC did not increased, I'm wondering if the perceived benefits listed on the old forum are actually coming from the DSMO or the L-Pidolate in it.

@GRay because the extra magnesium in blood just gets dumped out in urine
small oral doses 25-50mg throughout the day or normal transdermal magnesium (not fast absorbing) is probably better imosmall frequent dosing is what is reccomended for optimal mitochondrial membrane potential too

interesting, I think I recall of a study mentioning 200/300mg of oral Mg at the time, was the ceiling as far as absorption.
However, I would think if another route of administration is used and someone is deficient, the extra would replenish the cells. Using the Magnoil at 5 drops things are fine, but I do notice when using more I almost feel wired or something.
What other transdermal product would you recommend?

@GRay high absorption from gut to blood is different than from blood to tissues and cells
magnesium chloride oil 600mg per teaspoon, one teaspoon
2tbsp coconut oil
4-8 drops essential oil of your choicemix together in bowl, apply all over body after shower or bath . let dry 10-15 min before clothes on.
i think this absorbs slower and therefore is like dosing small amounts frequently orally

I once had most or all of the symtoms of hypomagnesemia, and to finally retain magnesium it took experimenting with several different forms over many months and confirming it with testing. Daily Mag-hydroxide brought some success, then i added small amounts of Mag-sulfate throught the day, in coffee and juices. It still feels fantastic.
I've since replaced Mag-hydroxide with Mag-bicarbonate and drink small amounts of it 3 or 4 times a day, it tastes similar to mineral water. I was thinking of adding a little Potassium chloride and Calcium to it but am unsure how it would all react together in a liquid or if absorption would be reduced ...
Edit: and i had meant to say that i had been taking Magnesium on and off for many years prior, but things still went wrong for whatever reason(s) ie; dose size, consistency, forms taken etc.

thanks I may try this.

I have been taking oral magnesium for years too, but looking back at my Mg RBC I really don't see any increase or very little, even though when I started I did feel the calming effect of it
I thought a blood donation I made few months ago may have had an impact to my latest Mg RBC, but I think the test is just a reflection of what is inside the cells.
