      ive persistently had high anion gap on blood tests from low serum bicarb. decided stop procrastinating n start action began mixing bicarb soda into drinks since today.

      appears to have made me very meditative, present. adhd, rumination, stress seemingly greatly reduced. maybe its increased co2? noticed inhales, exhales are naturally alot slower and smaller from nose now also, butekyo control pause time increased too @yerrag

        This can lead to respiratory acidosis as you have too much CO2.

        So to counter respiratory acidosis, it works best during excersise as you will exhale this CO2 while buffering lactic acid with the bicarbonate.

        Sitting on your but and drinking baking soda is prob not ideal. Increase PH and PRAL would be better used with foods like fruits/vegtables.
