Fibrous Papules / fibrotic tissue reversal Suggestions?

What substance/topical/drug would you suggest for fibrotic/unregulated collagen development in the skin? I’m about at a loss.
I’ve seen good about progesterone, but I don’t know if Ray’s pause of applying it directly to a mole lest it grow, applies here (I know a mole is not fibrous but idk).

I thought I read something compelling about dmso reversing certain types of collagen development, but after a few days topical, the papules grew more numerous
one down.…I endured a stress like never before for about a year in 2023-2024… in spite of doing everything right dietarily, I experienced several degenerative symptoms — one being this.
@Amazoniac did you come across anything cool in all your research thru the years? All inputs welcome folks.
