HG7 protocol - anyone tried it?

Hey all,
Has anyone come across the HG7 protocol? (seems to be gaining traction in the old forum and a very recent interview):

Found it quite interesting!

@Ismail
I don’t think this formula is doing exactly what he thinks it does, but the mega dosed biotin, B5 are potentially effective ways to increase ATP and glycogen which could benefit zinc transport. He claims to be taking over 200mg of zinc per day for years. This doesn’t make a lot of sense that this formula is absorbing and utilizing that much because the entire body contains only 3 grams of zinc. So i think some of the effects of this formula is anti microbial effects on the digestive tract as a lot of the vitamin C and zinc is not likely absorbed into the blood.That said I do think optimizing zinc utilizations is very important for optimal metabolism, but whether this formula is the “holy grail” I have my doubts. He talks about it still causing him anger and other extreme reactions even after years of taking it. And he has only increased his dosages of all these things over the years. That makes no sense if the formula’s purpose is correcting deficiency.
Optimal iron levels are easy to achieve by just eating less heme iron and donating blood. I doubt copper toxicity is a major issue for most people. Low liver function is probably the root cause there as the liver creates the copper transport proteins, so maybe things like high biotin and B5 could help the liver be supplied with ample glycogen.
There could be some useful therapeutic things about this formula but this Heisenberg guys reports of his formula making him angry sometimes sounds off to me, so there could be better different combinations and ratios than what he recommends.

@gloryus thank you, very much appreciate the insight; yes I did find it a little odd at the length of time he’s been doing this and the results, nevertheless he does say it’s a “work in progress”, or words to that effect.
Also Elwin’s blood results did seem somewhat positive from trying certain aspects of this “protocol”.
Totally agree with the blood letting/cupping as being a very good way of reducing iron as well as reducing overall intake via food - surprised he didn’t mention at least the blood letting as a way to reduce one’s iron - having said that, I haven’t read the 132+ pages of comments on this “protocol”.
Still trying to make sense of it all.
