D-Ribose
Very interesting, thanks for sharing.
I have been taking magnesium and coq10 for quite some time now.
L-Carnitine however makes me very stressed ️
D-Ribose was absolutely shockingly amazing when I first took it, however subsequent days of trying it did nothing, in fact if I remember correctly it also caused a stress response.
Anyone else had positive/negative reactions to L-Carnitine and/or D-Ribose?
Very interesting! Would love to see if anyone else has tried this! Thanks for posting @herayclitus
@DavidPS Always a gentleman!
Coincidentally I was looking into Citrulline Malate again, and remembered how Georgi mentioned that elevated levels of NO are carcinogenic and lower metabolism.
Always used to give me an amazing pump in the gym however.
Anyone else have any experience with Citrulline Malate?
@Mauritio blasphemy! lol
On a serious note, thanks for reposting bud, nice reminder.
@Kvothe this is exactly what I do most nights, vitamin E with aspirin and some glycine. I have high “recovery” on my whoop when I take the above combo - not that it’s very accurate per se, nevertheless I feel a lot better and more recovered.
@yerrag wow! Thank you, I’m so glad I asked. Do you have any sources about this by any chance or any other info about him please?
I always wondered how Ray could’ve supposedly missed this type of “info” that only Barry Tan was able to have “discovered” etc.
