RE: Why does nitrix oxide decrease with aging?
@DavidPS Always a gentleman!
Coincidentally I was looking into Citrulline Malate again, and remembered how Georgi mentioned that elevated levels of NO are carcinogenic and lower metabolism.
Always used to give me an amazing pump in the gym however.
Anyone else have any experience with Citrulline Malate?

RE: Endotoxin/LPS causes muscle weakness/damage (myopathy), vitamin E is protective
@Kvothe this is exactly what I do most nights, vitamin E with aspirin and some glycine. I have high ārecoveryā on my whoop when I take the above combo - not that itās very accurate per se, nevertheless I feel a lot better and more recovered.

Has anyone looked into Dr Barrie Tan's work on tocotrienols? He claims, in a very summarised way, that they are better than a-tocopherol.

RE: Rapamycin: Anti-aging and metabolic dream drug?
hey bud, which type of thiamine are you taking?
I had very similar benefits from B1 too (TTFD version), though they seem to have diminished (not sure if it's to do with low glutathione status etc. - https://hormonesmatter.com/paradoxical-reactions-with-ttfd-the-glutathione-connection/#:~:text=The initial phase of processing,use upā their reduced glutathione.)
I tried a B1 version which contained several different types (i.e. hcl, TTFD, Benfo), again had some great results, notably very energetic and somewhat of a pro-dopamine "state", though this diminished too after a day.
