@Kvothe this is exactly what I do most nights, vitamin E with aspirin and some glycine. I have high ārecoveryā on my whoop when I take the above combo - not that itās very accurate per se, nevertheless I feel a lot better and more recovered.
@yerrag wow! Thank you, Iām so glad I asked. Do you have any sources about this by any chance or any other info about him please?
I always wondered how Ray couldāve supposedly missed this type of āinfoā that only Barry Tan was able to have ādiscoveredā etc.
Has anyone looked into Dr Barrie Tan's work on tocotrienols? He claims, in a very summarised way, that they are better than a-tocopherol.
hey bud, which type of thiamine are you taking?
I had very similar benefits from B1 too (TTFD version), though they seem to have diminished (not sure if it's to do with low glutathione status etc. - https://hormonesmatter.com/paradoxical-reactions-with-ttfd-the-glutathione-connection/#:~:text=The initial phase of processing, use upā their reduced glutathione.)
I tried a B1 version which contained several different types (i.e. hcl, TTFD, Benfo), again had some great results, notably very energetic and somewhat of a pro-dopamine "state", though this diminished too after a day.
@Mauritio and some say procreated via the use of cistance (supposedly).
@edouard which meswak toothpaste are you using? Can you please provide a link to the product? Thanks
@Mauritio oh no! Sorry to hear that bud! I guess you had no choice but to stop.
