@gloryus thank you, very much appreciate the insight; yes I did find it a little odd at the length of time he’s been doing this and the results, nevertheless he does say it’s a “work in progress”, or words to that effect.
Also Elwin’s blood results did seem somewhat positive from trying certain aspects of this “protocol”.
Totally agree with the blood letting/cupping as being a very good way of reducing iron as well as reducing overall intake via food - surprised he didn’t mention at least the blood letting as a way to reduce one’s iron - having said that, I haven’t read the 132+ pages of comments on this “protocol”.
Still trying to make sense of it all.

HG7 protocol - anyone tried it?
Hey all,
Has anyone come across the HG7 protocol? (seems to be gaining traction in the old forum and a very recent interview):

Found it quite interesting!

RE: Need To Figure Out Niacin and NAC Curing Me
@basebolt Did you ever figure out what was going on? Perhaps the high dose B3 was utilising other co-factor nutrients (which may have been needed to be replaced/replenished etc.)?

RE: Holy Basil: Phyto-TESTOSTERONE, Progesterone and thyro-mimetic ?
@Mauritio wow this is very interesting! I’m pleasantly surprised and happy at the positive effects!! How long you gonna do the micro dose for? Or you gonna see how it goes for the first couple of days etc.?

RE: Bioenergetic Cardiology & the Awesome Foursome
@Kvirion Thank you, makes sense now! Always read that Dr Peat didn't recommend it, but could never tell if the message was verbatim or stretched version of the truth, and I myself didn't quite understand the mechanisms behind why it was affecting me negatively. Appreciate your post.

D-Ribose
Very interesting, thanks for sharing.
I have been taking magnesium and coq10 for quite some time now.
L-Carnitine however makes me very stressed
️
D-Ribose was absolutely shockingly amazing when I first took it, however subsequent days of trying it did nothing, in fact if I remember correctly it also caused a stress response.
Anyone else had positive/negative reactions to L-Carnitine and/or D-Ribose?

RE: Why does nitrix oxide decrease with aging?
@DavidPS Always a gentleman!
Coincidentally I was looking into Citrulline Malate again, and remembered how Georgi mentioned that elevated levels of NO are carcinogenic and lower metabolism.
Always used to give me an amazing pump in the gym however.
Anyone else have any experience with Citrulline Malate?

@Mauritio blasphemy! lol
On a serious note, thanks for reposting bud, nice reminder.

RE: Endotoxin/LPS causes muscle weakness/damage (myopathy), vitamin E is protective
@Kvothe this is exactly what I do most nights, vitamin E with aspirin and some glycine. I have high “recovery” on my whoop when I take the above combo - not that it’s very accurate per se, nevertheless I feel a lot better and more recovered.

RE: Vitamin E Forms in Alzheimer’s Disease: A Review of Controversial and Clinical Experiences
@yerrag wow! Thank you, I’m so glad I asked. Do you have any sources about this by any chance or any other info about him please?
I always wondered how Ray could’ve supposedly missed this type of “info” that only Barry Tan was able to have “discovered” etc. -
RE: Vitamin E Forms in Alzheimer’s Disease: A Review of Controversial and Clinical Experiences
Has anyone looked into Dr Barrie Tan's work on tocotrienols? He claims, in a very summarised way, that they are better than a-tocopherol.
