@herayclitus I’m in a very similar situation to you, ie endotoxin and inflammation etc.
I’m on the fence about “fat” a little bit though, I definitely feel better having more fat (ofc saturated and very little to no PUFA), however from my limited research I was under the impression that fat is what helps endotoxin to proliferate (as well as certain fibres).
Have you tried the carrot salad, consistently, on an empty stomach by any chance?

Similar to the above posts, I’ve read that it is as a result of lack of attention in childhood. Which can sometimes have the possible effect whereby a child that seeks the attention of their parent(s), but doesn’t get it, and tries their utmost to “please” people even if that involves lying or exaggeration; therefore falling into the loop of trying to impress people and hence attention seeking etc.
It’s quite disturbing to be around/living with people who suffer from NPD, my ex wife was/is a textbook example of being a narc., the amount of gas lighting, lying etc nearly destroyed me - luckily I got out, but after having suffered for over 10 years; the effects of which I still suffer from today.
I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone.
@Mauritio good point bud; I didn’t know much about gabaergics all those years ago, might try this at some point again.
@Mauritio I took this a few years ago after seeing the study, every time I took it, I felt a little stressed and quite aggressive.
Got 10 boxes sitting in the fridge that have now expired - not sure if they’re even okay to take now or as “active”.

We have decided to move away from our current host. It seems that the damage was quite extensive to the servers and they are overwhelmed. I have been with them for 8 years and they have been really great up till the last year or so. I think the original guys that ran it, sold out to a big corporation and the customer service has dropped off big time. The communication from the hosting company this past week has absolutely abysmal. I understand they had a catastrophic event, but they really dropped the ball.
I have purchased a new server, our long time server guy Matt will start working on it tomorrow and getting it ready to go. He hopes to have everything done in a couple of days, so hopefully by Monday we should be back up and running.
I sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience while we get the forum back online. This is the longest the forum has ever been down if I am remembering correctly. I was hoping our hosting company would be able to pull it together but it just seems like they are not able to so its time to move on.
We will be back and stronger and less toxic then ever. The low “vitamin A” and low toxin lifestyle is without a doubt the way going forward. “vitamin A” is not even a vitamin, reconcile.

Have ordered some HCL version of thiamine, meant to arrive today.
@mostlylurking thank you, yes I’ve seen Elliot’s video on the same topic - think it’s called paradoxical reactions or something similar. I’ve also bought the book which Elliot refers to and how he got into thiamine etc. (The one by Dr Lonsdale and Chandler Marrs), never had the chance to read it though.
I think I’m gonna try and experiment with the HCL version and see how I get on.

@mostlylurking do you take thiamine regularly? If so, which type do you take? And how much?
Also, do you take any co-factors or things which may get depleted from B1 usage?
I noticed a couple of weeks ago I took Thiamega (product by Elliot Overton) and felt instant energy taking it after I ate (split the capsule into 5), I was so shocked at how energetic I felt after taking the B1 mixed capsule. I continued to take B1 after each meal and felt like I could do anything.
The feeling went away after a day, assuming I used up some cofactors required in thiamine uptake/utilisation, so I added a b-complex and magnesium, but never got the same feeling again.
