I used to take thyroid (T3), maybe 10 years ago, and my temps were still in the dumpster. The thyroid didn't do much for me. So I've had an aha moment. Finished my Nutricost tub. After reading people’s poor experience with certain brands I’m now questioning my experience. What I thought was sensitivity to glucose may have been a quality control issue? Was never able to go above 3tbsp.

Got very good mental effects from it, but the on/off bloating and nausea limited enjoyment. Experiment is on hold for now.
