RE: Glucose loading cures everything?

Quick update. I'm still on 6 TBSPs of glucose 3 to 4 times a day. I've been taking my temperature again lately and am amazed. My afternoon temps are running 99Ā° to 99.3Ā°. I used to take thyroid (T3), maybe 10 years ago, and my temps were still in the dumpster. The thyroid didn't do much for me. So I've had an aha moment. In order for thyroid to work it must have enough glucose. (RP101), so the glucose therapy is restoring thyroid function. I have never restricted sugar, never done the keto diet, but apparently my high stress levels and PUFA's were enough to wreck my metabolism. Glucose to the rescue!
Ragweed been kicking out ass lol idk why I didnāt think to try this again

RE: RFK Jr speech on the chronic disease situation
@Peatful Lol same
I took that party as a "happy wife happy life" move on his part. There's a million reason why she wanted vaccination proof, even if RFK knew the whole thing was BS.
Funny thing is the people that were demonizing that party were chanting his name 48hrs ago.

He and his wife hosted a holiday party in 2021
The invite was must show vaccination proof
He addressed this decision soon after

I appreciate his integrity to tell the truth
But
If your Hollyweird provaxx wife runs the household
Just super odd to meWatch what people do versus what they say
Ie: Trump locked me in my home for a year and promoted the J&J
Um hmm
I donāt forget that eitherI'll only ask this: are you married?

@cs3000 Most people cant see a good candidate when hes right in front of them.
That's part of the problem, he has to get in front of people. Something mainstream media has prevented in ways many didn't know existed.
Kept from interviews
Kept from debates.
Kept from campaigning in certain states as a Dem.
Kept in litigation to drain funds that'd go towards spreading awareness.
Zero coverage unless it's a smear.
The list goes on...He did a decent job this cycle getting his message out utilizing social media. I lost count how many "I used to think Bobby was crazy until I got to heard him speak" comments there are under his videos. Just wasn't enough to overcome the mountain of shit both parties (mostly Dems) and media kept throwing at him.

What brand is everyone using?
Finished my Nutricost tub. After reading peopleās poor experience with certain brands Iām now questioning my experience. What I thought was sensitivity to glucose may have been a quality control issue? Was never able to go above 3tbsp.
Got very good mental effects from it, but the on/off bloating and nausea limited enjoyment. Experiment is on hold for now.
I guess the name of the game is buy different brands until you find one that agrees with you. Great lol.

A central forum would be nice so we donāt have to keep up with conversations in 6+ different places ha

RE: Glucose loading cures everything?
Stick with chlorine dioxide and ozone if youāre going the oxidative therapy route. More versatile, less abrasive, ime.
And high h2o2 doses taste awful.

RE: Fat Loss, Metabolism and Lipolysis
High carb, low fat, high activity (a lot of LISS + resistance training) is probably going to be the āhealthiestā fat loss approach without ending highly stress-hormone adapted (something Georgie talks about in his latest āStrong Sistasā podcast ep)

I've received my order of 10kgs "organic" dextrose and am wondering whether that makes any difference to "regular" dextrose.
Well, have YOU noticed it making any difference?

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
I could buy that if muscle meat consumption wasnāt a primary focus of a low-A diet lol. Theyāre getting high methionine while low vit-A

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
The religious zealotry really drags down the forum.
Itās fine to discuss, sure, but the constant purity tests are tiring.
I donāt need or care to know how someone views god. I need and care to know if a dietary intervention works or not.

I'm doing this for 8 days now. Still on the 24 gram 4X a day.
I'm getting nervous though because I definitely am gaining weight (or getting bloated).
Very frustrating.Cannot say that I feel anything else that's different. I don't feel worse either.
Not sure what to make of it. I get fat from everything, dhea, progest-e, pregnenolone.
For bloat. Try minimizing the amount of water you mix it with as low as possible. I found 70-80ml enough to fully dissolve but low enough to minimize the bloat I used to get with a whole glass of water. Dr. Stephens says his patients that use glucose tablets donāt experience the bloating issue that dextrose powder users do.
As for weight gain, this protocol still follows the general rules of high carb dieting. Gotta drop the fat intake and/or increase activity if you find yourself gaining unwanted fat.

Drinking a coke is probably just as effective as swallowing 10 dextrose tablets.
Some of you guys keep saying this. People experimenting with dextrose will tell you itās much different from sucrose and starches.
-
RE: Glucose loading cures everything?
Same. This dextrose protocol is like nothing Iāve tried before. So much different than high sucrose and general high carb eating.

Look harder. Itās been discussed.
I just read through the thread for this video and there is not yet a comment on this.
Thereās like 40 threads on dextrose since the Thor Torrens interview, so comments are scattered all over the place.
The success rate has to do with people working directly with him. IIRC, āsuccessā is being measured by a questionnaire dealing with mental symptoms. Itās explained in one of his presentations.
As for the price, understand he treats patients with what they can afford to pay. The $1000 is a recently increased price to help cover some of the costs the less fortunate canāt meet him at. So for example if youāre financially struggling and go to him complaining about lack of energy, helplessness, and experience suicidal thoughts, he wonāt turn you away. Chalk it up to his religious devotion.

But it's very strange to me that nobody is discussing his claim that Dr. Stephens is fabricating a success rate for his treatment and then charging people $1000 to make it work but instead they're poking holes in Garrett's list of pubmed studies like it matters.
Look harder. Itās been discussed.
