@LetTheRedeemed
Thank you. I was wondering if there's something like a number that's too low.
I am for sure working on lifestyle and feeling healthy in general. But I have good health insurance now so I might as well take advantage of it and have my bloodwork done.

RE: Please critique my lab results.

Please critique my lab results.
In August I started cynomel and later also cynoplus. The first results are from before I started.
I felt after a month or 2 that I took too much. My heart rate was high in a way it felt uncomfortable. I took then only about a quarter or less of the cynomel three times a day. Then a tiny piece of a cynoplus at night.My TSH is now super low. I'm thinking about skipping the cynoplus at night.
I have also thought about quitting thyroid altogether but I used to have really bad heart palpitations. I've had them my whole life so they don't scare me anymore but it's super nice not to have them at all. For the rest I cannot say I feel any different.
I eat like my parents did when I lived in the Netherlands. I cook all my food at home. I eat some (home made) sourdough bread, lots of fruit and dairy. I don't crave meat but I do eat it daily, often more like a condiment. Fresh squeezed orange juice ( I really hate oj from a container). I have not changed this for a long time. I like to eat like this.
I don't do a carrot salad often but I do takeMy heart rate is in the 80's but goes up fast when I exercise or walk (hills and mountains).
My temp is around 37C. It has actually gone down a bit since I take cynomel. It used to be more 37.4. All my thermometers read somwhat differently though.My goal is mostly healthy aging (60 y/o female). Some weight loss would be great but it's not super important.

RE: Aspirin tips
I used to have the same issue. Now I put it in my morning smoothie. I now use Aniprin. I do still have bleeding gum issues even though I take a good vit K supplement.

RE: meds.com.mx scammed me
I'm surprised to hear that. I have had only good experiences with them.
I do know their response to emails is slow or non existent. I had an issue with them only once, they did not respond but later the issue was resolved anyway. It just took time. -
RE: Glucose loading cures everything?
@S-Holmes
Do you have any positive feedback from the glucose loading?Also where did you get the low dose patches? 7mg is the lowest I have seen but I would like 2 or 3 mg.
Thanks

RE: Toning exercises
I like and the follow along classes of kettlebellsolo (Brit van Schravendijk and Micheal something Italian). Great short classes with different KB movements than the usual. Short and sweet. Just right.
You can find them on FB or Instagram but they also have a page. You do need one or more kettlebells. -
RE: How to buy the right red-light device
I checked Amazon for a good one. Read the reviews etc.
Then I bought the exact same one from AliExpress for less than half of the price. The only difference was the brand name they had added on the Amazon one. Even the description was mostly copied. -
RE: Cold shower/cold plunge?
I believe Jay Feldman has a whole podcast episode on this.

RE: Goat Milk more pro-metabolic than Cow Milk?
How do you keep them disease free? There's 2 things that keep me from keeping goats. I hear they are super susceptible to disease and the cougar population in my area.
