Not Amazon. I tried a few of those. Cheap but don't work or come in broken.
Thank you!
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

@AinmBeo
I made this yogurt. It’s mild, I like it
How much do you eat of it? Since I read about some concerns maybe I should just try it out first?
Also, do you use the whey for anything specific?
I'm your age and also post menopausal.
I have problems with going back to sleep when I have taurine before bed. Even though it states it's relaxing but for me it's the opposite. I cannot take taurine everyday because it will interfere with my sleep. If I take it every other day in the morning I sleep much better.
I have milk with honey before bed and if I wake up at night I drink a few sips which helps.
It's trial and error.
Coffee doesn't wake me up at all, it's actually relaxing so I guess each one has to try things out.
@AinmBeo
I've always made yogurt with raw milk.
Do you use skim or whole milk?
I work with vaccines in healthcare. The below conclusion of a study used to have some interest. Now you hear nothing about it anymore. I'm still very suspicious.
The US childhood immunization schedule requires 26 vaccine doses for infants aged less than 1 year, the most in the world, yet 33 nations have better IMRs. Using linear regression, the immunization schedules of these 34 nations were examined and a correlation coefficient of 0.70 (p < 0.0001) was found between IMRs and the number of vaccine doses routinely given to infants. When nations were grouped into five different vaccine dose ranges (12–14, 15–17, 18–20, 21–23, and 24–26), 98.3% of the total variance in IMR was explained by the unweighted linear regression model. These findings demonstrate a counter-intuitive relationship: nations that require more vaccine doses tend to have higher infant mortality rates.
Efforts to reduce the relatively high US IMR have been elusive. Finding ways to lower preterm birth rates should be a high priority. However, preventing premature births is just a partial solution to reduce infant deaths. A closer inspection of correlations between vaccine doses, biochemical or synergistic toxicity, and IMRs, is essential. All nations—rich and poor, advanced and developing—have an obligation to determine whether their immunization schedules are achieving their desired goals.
I come from a country where the national dishes all basically came to be because people were dirt poor and could not afford any meat.
Mostly potatoes, carrots, onions and dairy if possible. And eggs. People are one the tallest in the world and in general pretty healthy. Not that much anymore but they used to be when they were on this diet.
Plus don't stress over it, that's the worst. Be happy and content.
I have a full bottle of progest-e (not ideallabs) and pansterone.
I can ship it anywhere but I am in the US.
@NotShanalotte thanks. I have had irregular beats on and off in my life so they don’t really scare me. However after menopause I basically hardly ever had it anymore. So it does make sense that it comes back with hormone use.
@SummerPeach
Thank you! Your reply makes me happy.
I’m not the only one. I’m sure it will take me a while to lose the fat but I gave it a try. No more though.
It also gives me heart palpitations. On another forum that is Ray Peat related they told me to up the dose.
Which I’m not going to do. I’m upset as it is.
I also take vitamin B3 and 6
