Do you have any positive feedback from the glucose loading?

Also where did you get the low dose patches? 7mg is the lowest I have seen but I would like 2 or 3 mg.

I like and the follow along classes of kettlebellsolo (Brit van Schravendijk and Micheal something Italian). Great short classes with different KB movements than the usual. Short and sweet. Just right.
You can find them on FB or Instagram but they also have a page. You do need one or more kettlebells.

I checked Amazon for a good one. Read the reviews etc.
Then I bought the exact same one from AliExpress for less than half of the price. The only difference was the brand name they had added on the Amazon one. Even the description was mostly copied.

How do you keep them disease free? There's 2 things that keep me from keeping goats. I hear they are super susceptible to disease and the cougar population in my area.

I had 2 boxes of Cynomel and Cynoplus each. It took weeks before I heard anything. Probably 5-6 weeks or so.
The company did after I forwarded them the letter send me the order by airmail which went faster and was not intercepted.
They did the right thing but in the letter that I got from the FDA it also stated that the company did not have the correct paperwork. Because of that I would go with the first one that I mentioned.
However, I heard from others that their shipments were held too, so I'm not sure if they are getting stricter or that it's just a coincidence.

I have friends of mine do this all the time if they go to Mexico.
It's never been a problem. You can do carry on but I would think it's even less of a problem if you check it.

That order got held by the FDA and I got a letter that it was a violation. Nothing happened further but I definitely would not recommend that pharmacy

I followed Danny Roddy's suggestions in his post. I took T3 during the day (cynomel) and after a few weeks added T3/T4 before bed (cynoplus). I quickly felt gittery. Now I only take just a 1/4 of cynomel 3 X a day. And a tiny piece of the cynoplus at night.
The one big change for me is that I don't have any more heart palpitations. I've had those since I was a teenager but worse since menopause.

I would just ask. In many Asian or Mexican stores there's a butcher that prepares the meat. You can ask them for the thyroid. I often ask for parts of meat that they don't use for my dog and it's never an issue.
Standard supermarkets will never give it to you, they follow the rules.
