      In August I started cynomel and later also cynoplus. The first results are from before I started.
      I felt after a month or 2 that I took too much. My heart rate was high in a way it felt uncomfortable. I took then only about a quarter or less of the cynomel three times a day. Then a tiny piece of a cynoplus at night.

      My TSH is now super low. I'm thinking about skipping the cynoplus at night.

      I have also thought about quitting thyroid altogether but I used to have really bad heart palpitations. I've had them my whole life so they don't scare me anymore but it's super nice not to have them at all. For the rest I cannot say I feel any different.

      I eat like my parents did when I lived in the Netherlands. I cook all my food at home. I eat some (home made) sourdough bread, lots of fruit and dairy. I don't crave meat but I do eat it daily, often more like a condiment. Fresh squeezed orange juice ( I really hate oj from a container). I have not changed this for a long time. I like to eat like this.
      I don't do a carrot salad often but I do take

      My heart rate is in the 80's but goes up fast when I exercise or walk (hills and mountains).
      My temp is around 37C. It has actually gone down a bit since I take cynomel. It used to be more 37.4. All my thermometers read somwhat differently though.

      My goal is mostly healthy aging (60 y/o female). Some weight loss would be great but it's not super important.

        @happyhanneke I'm not a numbers expert but I do know the ones you want going down did, and the vit D looks good... Keep doing what you're doing! While numbers are part of it, symptoms are another part - so this may not tell the whole story. Otherwise nice...

        I want to see what people who know more about the numbers have to say.

          @LetTheRedeemed
          Thank you. I was wondering if there's something like a number that's too low.
          I am for sure working on lifestyle and feeling healthy in general. But I have good health insurance now so I might as well take advantage of it and have my bloodwork done. 🙂

              Hi, when modifying the dose, do it progressivity, on a 10 - 15 days period. Cut the dose on every other day.
              Taking levothyroxine won't solve the problem on long term if you can convert T4 to T3 and FT3. You need useful nutrient for deodinases to help the conversion. + iodine (I2 & potassium iodide) for other organs and tissues. I can develop if desired.
