I also have a history of sports related head trauma, terrible digestion, random mood swings, sub clinical hypothyroidism. My early experience with dextrose has been very promising.

8 months later gets dry itchy scalp.
Switches to German non-fortified buns + honey, recovers fully in 5 months.
Conclusion is… blame niacin? What about everything else in fortified flour? Why not switch back the working diet and supplement nicotinic acid to isolate affect? Also, isn’t niacin in fortified foods really niacinamide? What?

I watched Dr. Paul Thomas in real time get his license suspended, lose his practice, and ultimately forced into retirement by the Board over his vaccine beliefs. Something we all align with. He wasn’t even anti-vaccine. Didn’t matter. The Board made his life hell. It’s all documented on his YouTube channel.
We all know Board investigations are just making sure you’re inline with their status quo.
Sending complaints of Garret to the Board has nothing to do with patient safety concern, but some vendetta stemming from the RPF drama earlier in the year.

@Kvothe He needs content creators to drive traffic to the forum and his store. Ray is gone so he can’t leech off his media presence anymore. He hopes to convert Haidut, Hans, etc. Right now he’s trying to leech off Garret Smith, but Smith already promotes his own community so it’s not effective. Because of that, he’s hunkered down on SEO which is partly why the forum did a dramatic 180 except the url name he refuses to let go.

Yea walking is extremely underappreciated.
Walking will override terrible metabolism and get things moving in the right direction. One of the fastest drug free ways to lose weight without feeling terrible in the end. Just need to make time.
Dropped ~30lbs in 3months averaging 2hrs/5mi a day. Ate around maintenance calories +/-200. Most importantly, I didn't feel like shit or have to deal with rebound that comes with crashing calories to get the same fat loss rate.
