RE: tips for girlfriends acne coming back?
Orally progesterone and thyroid help the most. But she should also check the skin care she’s using to make sure it doesn’t clog pores. Google pore clogging checker and there are a bunch of sites. It can take a few months to clear.

RE: How to eat gelatin?
I use this recipe https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1146748622467076
I found it was coming out a little bitter so I switched to using 12 tbsp sugar instead of the honey.^ Oh and I use commercial OJ instead of fresh and it’s fine.

RE: How do I get into Oysters?
Where do you live? @Lovesickhs18 If you are near a restaurant that flies in fresh oysters daily go there and order them raw with all the accompaniments. East coast (PEI) are the best in the world.
You could shuck them yourself at home but that’s an acquired skill and grocery stores don’t sell the same grade of oysters as restaurants. There’s absolutely no comparison between a fresh oyster vs canned or cooked.

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
Literally every problem in the world is because of vitamin A toxicity! From flu to rosacea...

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
@AkJono They’ll latch onto anything to try and prove their vitamin A theory is correct - here they’re rewriting history to say that Ray was “very sick” and “suffering” and that he died from too much vitamin A. 🤮

RE: New "Mission" of RPF
Blossom’s posting photos again.
“I lost 77 pounds. It took 7 years but I’m okay with that because I did it in a healthy and sustainable way.”^ Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think this looks healthy at all (she’s 54)

RE: Women, and Why Men are the Problem
@questforhealth Masculine men have to do good to feel good. Their role in life is to protect, provide for, and cherish women, children and animals. For feminine women it’s the opposite. They have to feel good to do good.
But we have too many “peter pan” men who never grew up and fail to recognize that only insecure, previously abused and damaged women will tolerate an ungiving, uncherishing man.
Of course it’s not just men who are mixed up, most women were never taught to value themselves and set boundaries. So they overgive to men and then get resentful.
