Less fat liver if you want to recover. But you'll have first to learn how to manage insulin spike.- Insulin spike: See Jessie Inaupsché's book (Glucose revolution).

Note: You will get insulin spikes even on a low-carb, high-protein diet. Rather than worrying about insulin, we should worry about whatever diet works the best for us in regards to satiety and sustainability. - No fat loss possible if stress (adrenalin and cortisol deconstruct muscles to get glucose). Side effects.
- Don't try to eat less than 80 % of your needs when following a diet. The brain won't allow you to go on (...). Make staples. And mind to get potassium enough.
