Less fat liver if you want to recover. But you'll have first to learn how to manage insulin spike.

        1. Insulin spike: See Jessie Inaupsché's book (Glucose revolution).
        2. Fat liver: Jason Fung: code diabetes.
Note: You will get insulin spikes even on a low-carb, high-protein diet. Rather than worrying about insulin, we should worry about whatever diet works the best for us in regards to satiety and sustainability.
        3. No fat loss possible if stress (adrenalin and cortisol deconstruct muscles to get glucose). Side effects.
        4. Don't try to eat less than 80 % of your needs when following a diet. The brain won't allow you to go on (...). Make staples. And mind to get potassium enough.

=> Deficiency in choline and methionine makes fatty liver.
=> The choline requirement is about 30% higher on a 30% butter diet than on a 30% corn oil diet.
