Purchasing thyroid
-
I’ve purchased cynomel from meds.com.mx in the past. It took over a month to get to me despite paying for expedited shipping.
I’m just wondering if anyone knows of a better website from which I can order some cynomel and cynoplus. Thanks

Idealabs would probably be the best bet these days for thyroid.

@rpc Thank you. I’m concerned that there’s no third-party testing for Georgi’s products. Seems very important for hormones especially.

@z_pav idealabs gets material from sigma Aldrich, apparently, which out of any source is going to be the most reputable and reliable . it's highly unlikely anything he sells is fake, the only major risk is that it might be formulated incorrectly / be subject to some degradation depending on the mix liquid and storage

I've ordered many times
https://farmaciasdelnino.mx/eng/item/2489/cynoplus-levothyroxine-liothyronine-30-mcg-120mcg-50-tabhttps://farmaciasdelnino.mx/eng/item/2488/cynomel-liothyronine-100-tabs-25-mcg
always been great. Can't imagine a better product out there, at least if you live in the USA.
They have gotten better over the years too. They are reliable. 100% so far for me. They had a hiccup during Covid but who didn't.

@sunsunsun thanks. I had to look up what that meant, but yes, that eases my concern there. I do have one more concern: the plastic squeeze bottles that idea labs uses have got to contain phthalates and many of the products are suspended in SFA esters + ethanol. As I understand it (definitely not a chemist) phthalates have an affinity for fatty acids, so I’m worried about dosing myself with xenoestrogens when taking the products.
Any way to ease my concerns here?Update: I got word from idea labs customer support who confirm that they tested several of their products (including tyromix) for phthalates and other endocrine disrupting chemicals and all were free of them. Here’s the link they shared: https://lowtoxinforum.com/threads/lab-analysis-of-idealabs-supplements-and-bottles.15920/
