    cutting/ starting dnp cycle/wanting any advice

      hey guys ! so my current cycle is Test E 300 mg a week aromasin 25mg a week cjc dac 2 mg a week + ipamorelin 0.3mcg daily i weight around 82-79 kgs or 176 pounds i wanna be 65-70kg or 143 pounds
      im going to do a dnp + reta cycle
      3 weeks dnp
      first week - 200 mg
      second week 400 mg
      third week 400 mg

      while on this my reta will be
      first week 2mg
      second week 2mg
      third 3mg

      i will also be on T3 about 60-120mcg a day
      and ill still be on my Test E it will up it to 600mg
      my aromasin will go to 50mg a week
      i stop the cjc dac and ipamorelin i think
      i will run the dnp and stop reta i will run until i reach my goal

      My diet will be
      Breakfast
      drink 2 tablespoons of Coconut oil
      6 Egg whites
      Cooked white rice 120g
      Fresh orange juice (no pulp) 150ml

      Snack
      Nonfat cottage cheese 120g

      Lunch
      Skinless grilled chicken breast 120g
      Cooked peeled potato 100g
      Drink options orange juice , water , black coffee

      i would love everyones thoughts on this thanks.

        That’s very little food for those t3 and test doses. The snack of only cottage cheese isn’t optimal. High protein with little to no carbs will lead to hypoglycemia.

        I think with that little food, and that high of a T3 dose, you’re not going to feel good.

        Anabolic steroids are temporary rented gains. To each their own.

          @Mallard6146 ok ill up carbs work on it more but i dont wanna go above 1k cals the whole goal is to lose fast

            I think you might have missed the point. This plan isn’t healthy at all. Your hormones will be completely wrecked afterwards.
