Your kidneys probably aren’t thrilled with all those supplements.
You can get everything you need from raw milk, meat, fruit, potatoes, etc.
Dandruff or scalp irritation? Try BLOO.

I eat about 3500 calories per day. Usually this includes one pound of beef with corn tortillas for at least a few meals.
I am thinking along these lines too.
I have high adrenaline, or at least it feels so. An odd case actually. Very high T for my age, high free T, good thyroid numbers, but hefty amounts of anxiety, and ice cold extremities.
Before speeches and presentations it takes a gram of xanax and 40mg of propranolol just to feel normal. This wasn’t always the case.
It does feel like adrenaline overload. I’ve been searching for over three years now for a solution, both here and on the former RPF.
Overeating didn’t help, and neither did thyroid or a vast array of other supplements. It began with elevated stress midway through the “covid” madness, and climbed exponentially. It’s affected every aspect of my daily life.
This started in the past couple of years. It can be summer, and only 80 in the house, and these extremities are still ice cold. Uncomfortably so.
My thyroid labs are good. Tsh around 1.3. Total T and free T is high, normal blood pressure, blood sugar regulation is good.
I’m reluctant to try thyroid again. I played with some T3 for a short period last summer, but it didn’t heat anything up.
Have any of you experienced this and cured it?
Enclo isn’t great. It does increase serum T, but I found it causes low e2 symptoms after a while, even if serum estrogens are high. This isn’t a drug I would take consistently long term.
It won’t prevent shutdown from synthetic androgens because it only blocks the negative estrogen feedback.
Regardless of the guru, if what you’re eating is making you feel unwell, fat, etc, you need to adjust. I think he missed that.
That forum is irrational now. Everything was about low toxin, but now it completely revolves around popping massive doses of otc vitamins and minerals. There are now threads about chain smoking and smashing junk food. Sort of surreal really.
Doubt there will be a good source for that.
Sunscreen absolutely prevents aging of the skin.
I wonder if he is on TRT. A lot of people report accelerated skin aging on TRT.
I took 500IU a few times. By itself, it was only estrogenic. With enclomiphene, it felt androgenic. I’m only able to tolerate it with enclo, so I won’t take it long term.
The positives when taken w/ enclo were mostly mental and libido. The combo is more powerful than just taking enclo.
