This study shows that masturbation heavily boosts pregnenolone, testosterone, DHT, and more. It does also show that it boosts cortisol and estradiol, however I would say the DHT boost would solve that.
This also reminds me of a haidut article which states the following:
If the government holds the firm belief that sexually satisfied soldiers are happy, anti-war, and disobedient and the govt has openly pushed the incel “phenotype” on its soldiers as far as back as WWI, then it does not seem too much of a conspiracy to assume the same would be (or has already been) attempted on a nationwide scale, and not just in regards to military service.

A bit off topic, but I have suspected for some time that the NoFap movement is a PsyOp.
I haven't been around that subreddit for many years, but I was a bit active there about ten years ago. It was full of guys who became obsessed with never ejaculating. You could read posts like "I had sex with my girlfriend. Is that a relapse?" or "My girlfriend gave me a handjob, I completely messed up" or "I had a wet dream. Is all my progress gone and should I reset my counter?"
Some guys lived in constant fear of a normal sexual relationship before they reached the magical "90 days" (which never happened in most cases). They equated having sex with watching hardcore porn.
Also, the general advice on NoFap seems to be: "Count the days, grit your teeth and exert willpower. Take cold showers and meditate and fast to make better progress and to train your willpower." Which just doesn't work for the vast majority of people. It keeps guys in a constant loop of binging on porn, beating themselves up, start a new "streak", repeat... It makes me wonder whether it's just a Psyop to keep young guys watching porn.
What also makes me wonder is that there was another porn recovery forum. One that was way smaller and unknown. The founder of NoFap bought this forum some years ago. At the end of last year he suddenly closed it down for reasons that were utterly bizarre. Because of the pressure of the porn industry he didn't have the energy and resources to operate the forum etc. Yet he continues his nofap forum, which is a hundred times bigger. The founder, Alexander Rhodes, is a very sketchy figure in my opinion.

@Luke It's interesting you say that because some of the people who's philosophy on life is nature heavy like sv3rige think that sexual desire is a natural human urge and religions want to control people by telling them their natural urges are evil. Break humans down based on their nature to lower them energetically and view themselves as evil and lesser. I personally believe people on average, anyone born within the system we're in is neurotic and broken, needing assurance from others if their nature and desires are good or bad. Obviously there are the leftists who need to download a new belief to their system every few months to be "progressive" or be shunned by their social group, but humans in general today yearn to be accepted and when religion is involved, it's harsh when someone believes they are favored or not favored by their creator for their sexual urges.For those who aren't religious there is still the secular argument that objectifying women and viewing them as sex objects, even when they specifically present themselves in that way is wrong. Spending time in your day to masturbate is subjective to YOU but pornography is a larger debate where of course you can argue they can consent, but can they really, what is consent, it gets messy, especially today where women are hyper emotional, yet are supposed to be seen as equal decision making potential voters comparable to men.
To me strong desire for nofap is of the overthinker, and I am an overthinker, but I decided to stop thinking about this topic because it's pointless.
