I know that the fat soluble vitamins can be used topically, albeit at low abortion rates to avoid having to possibly irritate the intestines but what about the b vitamins and minerals(epsom salts work)?

Is DMSO or ethanol an adequate carrier for things like B1, B2, B6, B12, etc or is taking orally or by injection necessary? Say dissolving something like B2 in a bit of ethanol and using those drops under the tongue or on the gums?

For the fat soluble vitamins I've tried alone or with an olive oil or vitamin e spread and it seems to work fine. Minerals like magnesium seem to also be bioavailable in baths or oils.

@notmcas The sublingual vitamins show promise. The sublingual vitamin B1 (thiamine) is known to work quite well.
        Information about sublingual vitamin B1

        How To about sublingual delivery
