        Hi,
There is no real peaty diet, even if you can find some receipts on internet (book pretended oriented peaty way).
However we can still say if a meal is more or less peaty, on the way it contains pro-metabolic foodstuff.
Remind that any types of food and quantity doesn’t suit for a low or a weak metabolism, the way you metabolize and expend energy.
Now, if you limit the question to fat or fruit, we could go further.

Hi @jet9, if you consume starch and like hearty dinners, here are some ideas…

Quiche with a hash brown crust:

          Hasselback potatoes au gratin:

Seafood chowder (I use extra crab in place of the salmon):

Kalua pork (I make roasted murasaki sweet potatoes or seasoned and buttered jasmine rice as a side):

          https://playswellwithbutter.com/kalua-pork-recipe/

Poutine (I use tallow for frying and gelatin in place of the flour for the gravy):

Tourtière (I make a hash brown crust in place of the pastry crust):

Caribbean brown oxtail stew (I use baby potatoes in place of the kidney beans):

And here are some low starch options…

Spaghetti squash fritters (I use cheddar cheese in place of the almond flour):

Honey garlic butter scallops (can use coconut aminos in place of soy sauce):

Cantonese omelette (I use mung bean sprouts, coconut oil for frying and tapioca starch in place of the corn starch):
