Nature of Estrogen/ Positive Ions

I've got two questions which are somewhat related and I'm looking to establish a generality.

There are bpd/ estrogen dominant girls that are not receptive to being touched, but don't mind doing the touching (holding onto your arm for example). Other estrogen dominant girls are okay with giving affection but unreceptive / get bored quickly from receiving it. Higher serotonin people seem to resonate better with negative reinforcement rather than positive reinforcement so this makes sense, but why would they be okay with giving and not receiving?
We've all heard of positive and negative charges attracting, but same charge particles repelling. Is this always the case - do positive ions always repel? It seems like the nature of positive charges/estrogen (hypothyroidism in people) is dedifferentiation and sameness (being fat, homosexual, the proclivity to wanting a girl that's your exact male counterpart that's also redpilled on hitler, listening to the same 10 set of songs on repeat without listening to anything new). Like seems to attract like. Early hypothyroid people have a significantly higher chance of being homosexual (and left handed), so doesn't this positive charge seek out the same positive charges, so they attract in a sense?
