I've been eating peaty for the past months, and it didn't see to help my TSH btw. Would supplementing tyromix 2 drops a day help lower the TSH?

High TSH but normal FT3 & FT4 (bloodwork)
What can I do to get my TSH lower?
My symptoms are cold feet and hands, low energy and some bloating under my neck. Doctor says my Thyroid is fine, but I feel like optimal TSH should be below 1.0.
Bloodwork:

FT3 5.51 pmol/l (range 3.08 - 6.78)

LDL: 2.46 mmol/l (range 0.5 - 2.6)
HDL: 0.96 mmol/l (range 0.9 - 1.1)
Triglycerides: 1.38 mmol/L (range <1.5)Testosterone 22.4 nmol/l (range 9-29)
Estrogen: 102.8 pmol/l (range 40 - 160)Vitamin D3 139.5 nmol (range >80)

Braun in-ear thermometer measurement?
Broda Barnes (who developed and promoted the basal temperature test) stated that a normal reading upon waking is around 97.8 °F (36.6 °C). According to his book the test is performed by placing a thermometer in the armpit for 10 minutes immediately upon waking.
But ofcourse we know that temperatures can vary wildly between different thermometers and measuring sites: oral, ear, armpit, rectal, forehead etc.Does someone know how much to subtract from the braun-in ear measurement to arrive at the measurement done with the broda barnes method? It's the tool I use, but I feel like it's showing me higher than 'normal' results
