I don’t wish him ill but he is deceiving people. The only reason he looks remotely healthy is that he goes through an ungodly amount of skin treatments and even gets other peoples fat injected into his face. If he just showed us what he naturally looked like on his regime nobody would ever consider following it.

I saw an old man who looked like Ray Peat on January 28, 2024 around 3pm. He was standing under a palm tree on Cable Beach in Broome, Western Australia. I said “Are you Ray Peat?” and he smiled and disappeared from sight. My guess is this is just what’s possible when you’ve metabolically ascended. Probably he will reveal himself to the world some time soon. Maybe at the next WEF.
