You may have found this out already but it sounds like you have MARCONS. MARCoNS stands for Multiple Antibiotic Resistant Coagulase Negative Staphylococci, a slow-growing bacteria that can cause an antibiotic-resistant staph infection in the nasal passage. MARCoNS can be difficult to treat because it survives in biofilms that protect it from antibiotics. This bacteria is found in water damaged homes that also have mold. The biofilm will also have fungi in it.

You basically want to break up the biofilm and then flush it out. NAC, lumbrokinase, Biocidine or oregano oil and daily nasal washes with GSE or hypochlorus acid. This can take awhile, like up to 6 months.
There is also a prescription VIP spray that works more quickly.
I also suggest a binder like cholysteramine (prescription) or CellCore biotoxin binder because you want to get the mold toxins out also.
