@questforhealth I dont think kiwis and bananas are optimal fruits. Best ones are citrus fruits and cherimoya maybe. I like grape juice as for "fruits".

@questforhealth leafy green parsley probably is, i don't know about root parsley. leafy green parsley is a decent source of apigenin which has anti aromatase properties and some benefits for preventing muscle loss. peat spoke highly of citrus sources (orange juice and marmalade) which contain naringenin but mentioned parsley among some other things for apigenin, another similar flavonoid.

there was a well respected guy in the online bodybuilding community who formulated a supplement that relied on very high dose apigenin, it was a flavonoid based product and from the anecdotes i saw people did notice a positive effect and most seemed to agree the high dose of apigenin was carrying the product. most users who provided this feedback were "advanced" so it was interesting to see positive testimonials. part of his interest was the purported benefits of apigenin to reverse cardiac hypertrophy.

member @Razvan is correct to point out that citrus fruits are probably best. buy some fresh blood oranges, juice them, add a bit of salt and enjoy.

Man now it all makes sense. If parsley is an iron chelator a lot of things add up now.

Is there any hope for thin wrists etc at age 18?

You shouldn't want massive wrists at that age. You will loose the youthfullness.
                      Youthfullness = higher lifespan.
If a person says you look younger, you most probably look healthy.
Now society is backwards. Teens want to look mature 30 years olds.

So you are saying there’s nothing wrong with me? People tell me I look athletic or at least used to before I feel down into this hole.

If you have at least a masculine face is that a good sign overall??

A lot of people online often think i’m a woman it’s just worrying me at this point. But I always just got told I’m like a 12 year old. I know Dr Peat or the forum talked about chimpanzees vs bonobos. If you know what I mean.

Masculine for today's standards is not healthy at all.
                          You are probably fine.

So wanting to be like my dad and uncles who grew up farming and had really thick wrists etc isn’t really ideal at all?

Or do you mean something else?

there is nothing more to this other than the fact people assume someone with flowers in their profile pic is a woman, that's all it is.

Always thought flowers represent transformations and rebirth or something along those lines..

We share similar issues. ADHD symptoms, severe fatigue, and digestion issues. I found my ferritin tested low. The research I've seen suggests the ideal way to supplement iron is in the morning every other day so maybe try that. It isn't recommended to take it without a ferritin test though. In my case, the iron hasn't been helping much.

Maybe you need a slightly higher dose. Have you tried a bit of B1 alongside it? I'm finding after having ZERO stomach acid my stomach acid is actually starting to work again on this combination.

Be careful though. Don't need too much iron. Maybe someone else can say something more helpful.

Have you tried custard or condensed milk? These foods have helped me when I was at my worst.

Have you tried green tea? If you have heavy metals this can help, but I overdid it and burnt myself out.

@questforhealth I'll try out b1 with iron. Have you considered adding a bit of niacin? It stimulates stomach acid release.

@questforhealth evaporated milk is one of the key things I've been using. I prefer it over condensed milk.

In the past I used green tea extract. Never felt much from it. Green tea lowers iron btw

I do take a bit of niacin actually. Helps a lot.

Recently I am trying brazil nuts and raw garlic for mercury toxicity. Garlic works as well as pharma drugs for chelatinf heavy metals. And it’s just food so no horrible side effects. Selenium from nuts helps bins to mercury too?

I need to try brazil nuts, garlic and B1 for a month or two to see what happens.

I think it’s important to know nature gave us everything we need to get healthier and have optimal brain function.
