This study frames it as a good thing but it seems conventional milk is much safer than organic from a Peat perspective. Organic also lacks iodine which isnt a good thing imo, im going to switch to a2 buffalo/cow conventional.

Thanks for sharing. It seems pretty well established that "organic" food products come with as many additives as conventional, at least in the US. Thankfully you can still find no-additive milks like Alexandre's A2 milk, but who knows how long that will last.

I saw, on sale, bagged evaporated and canned condensed Meyenberg goat milk at Walmart the other day, had additives but I got a few bags and cans, in the event of SHTF for infant formula trade.

An organic and unhomogenized milk product (Valio) in Finland proudly touts about the organic sunflower oil added to their cows feed. It's by far the worst tasting and digesting milk available on the market.

@thyroidchor27 Day 1 of doing raw buffalo milk(Full 365 is the goal here), also asking locals about raw goat milk is like an alien thing to them. Also a peater approved it because of the higher Ca:P ratio

@kyrre yes here it’s no problem ad tropics. Which means fruit and even grains are lower in PUFA

@thyroidchor27 i really try to avoid grains as much as I can (except for white rice). Also guavas(been liking my guavas drizzled in raw honey) and oranges are my go to fruits, i also heard pineapple is good too

@kyrre yes pineapple is GOATED cos of the bromelain. Eating it after high protein meal may be great as it helps to break protein down
