Could you be low in zinc?

This oyster soup/stew would provide zinc. You can adapt the ingredients to your taste.

A successful depopulation agenda requires high excess death rates, lower birth rates and for the majority to vilify those that question it.

@nygerai Did you ever try just eating the foods you like the taste of?

@nygerai Have you measured your waking/midday pulse and temperature? Have you investigated a possible bacterial overgrowth in the gut? You could investigate thyroid but check cholesterol before supplementing. Do you enjoy your daily life?

            Good things are immeasurably costly

@skylark Yes, my pulse is usually pretty low - 70 bpm. On average, my temperature is 36.7, definitely not ideal either... I used to have a way more prevalent SIBO problem, but it's getting better now. Supplementing with thyroid is not an option for me, at least for a while. As for whether I enjoy daily life or not, that is a very difficult question to answer... To try and sum it up as much as possible, I'd say I enjoy about 8-14 days out of a month.

@Peatly Thank you for the suggestion. I'll try to get more zinc in. Unfortunately, oysters and other shellfish are practically impossible to find where I live... I'll stick to cooked mushrooms 🙂

A nice healthy way to increase calories is evaporated milk (the unsweetened one).

Also look into the appetite-stimulating potential of cyproheptadine, although it isn't a longterm solution.

Something I should mention is one time I found a chunk of mold floating in the evaporated milk. Watch out for that.

@nygerai its prolly some goofy parasite thats fucking you up
They literally have the ability to alter ur nervous system so consider a deworming protocol
ivermectin is a direct fix, if you dont have access to it consider dry fasting (2-4x more effective than normal fasting so if you do a ramadhan ahh fast of 16hrs then its gonna be the same as a 32-64hr water fast that wont be as damaging to your metabolic health as a 3 day water fast
Anti parasite foods include: figs (make sure that YOU sun dry them so that u wont catch any mold), caffeine (alotta coffee beans contain mold, raw carrots, white button mushrooms and pumpkin seeds (pufas + anti nutrients alert❗️❗️)

If that wont work then its prolly some sort of inflammation in ur intestinal lining that can be fixed by proper nutrient delivery by either natural desicated thyroid or to just directly attack the inflammation (oral BPC-157 (peptide) + make sure that the capsule isnt made out of garbage since it could lead to the pills doing more harm than good

                              MILF
                              man I love fasting

Awesome! Wonderful that you ignored all the morons with their parasite gimmicks. I had much the same situation!
