      I've been doing CO2 infrequently for a little bit, but haven't fully committed because I haven't found an easy way to do it. I started out with normal bag breathing which was pretty annoying. Then, I moved to Haidut's method of the gallon jug with the hole in the bottom. That was also annoying to do because of how much time it required. So, I landed upon the image above where you cut off the bottom of a bottle and tape a bag securely to the end. This way the CO2 stays trapped in the bottle, its easy to do, and you don't have to store a big jug upside down. The only problem is the fact that moisture will build up in the bottle. Any suggestions on how to improve this?

        The best use of CO2 is training your body to increase the levels it is accustomed to internally. This can fix over 200 health issues and lead to a longer life. Nothing like it. Endogenous CO2, baby!

          No suggestions on that, but try an epsom salt + baking soda bath, god-tier.

            jsyk, bicarb by itself does not elevate the CO2 in the bath. You need to react it with citric acid or vinegar so it breaks down into CO2. Bicarb helps the absorption of the magnesium but does not elevate CO2.

            Big move is to do a epsom + baking soda bath for 1/2 hour or so, then drop a shot or two of citric acid or acetic acid or ascorbic acid for a 1/2 hour CO2 bath.

              @JulofEnoch All this time! But I can for real breath deeper when I'm inside the bath, always thought it was the CO2.

                Hi , this is my first comment here.
                I was previously writing in the "Country Club" and just been banned because of crime of not supporting vitamin A toxicity.

                One of the easiest ways to increase CO2 is to buy soda stream bottle or sth of that kind ,filling big bag and going inside up to the neck . Warm CO2 has more infrared energy.

                Emergency /survival way can be breathing in that bag for oxygen lowering/CO2 increase and transdermal CO2 delivery.

                We must remember that we exhale also carbon monoxide during flu/"covid" from heme oxygenase-1. I don't know if carbon monoxide by transdermal way can be a big problem.
                CO2 among others recycles K1/K2, detoxifies ammonia to urea, pushes out carbon monoxide even in coma out of heme.
