How to re-calcify teeth to remove white spots

Basically, I had braces when I was younger and didn’t take care of them properly so now i have some tiny white marks at the top of some of my teeth. I’ve read that it’s due to decalcification, can anyone recommend some ways to repair my teeth?

That mf made me skip the trip to the tooth hygenist or whatever hes called (the mf that removes the goofy tooth rocks (yes that miswas has successfully managed to remove the tooth stuffies and using it alone without brushing my teeth brought me better results than vrushing them normaly (my doctor complemented me n shig)))) since that shit is extremly anti bacterial which is gonna protect ur teeth from the citric acid thats produced by them (its what damages ur teeth)Try to always in one way or another to wash ur teeth after inhesting a meal
Consider tounge scraping to remove excess bacteria
Optimize gut microbiome to optimize oral microbiome (parasite cleanse with ivermectin or fasting, 80/20 raw colostrum/milk kefir for gut microbiome, oral BPC-157 to repair intestinal tract) n wash ur veggies m fruits with vinegar and baking soda

But thats only a temporary solution sadly
